Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry period

Each giveaway runs for the period shown on the giveaway widget on the homepage — the current giveaway ("This Week's Giveaway: Hot Wheels Dodge Hemi Challenger") runs through 8/1/2026. A new giveaway typically begins shortly after the previous one ends.

How to enter

Submit your email address through the giveaway widget on the homepage. One entry per person per giveaway period. Entry is free and does not require signing up for anything else — the newsletter signup checkbox next to the entry form is optional and unchecked entries are still fully valid.

Alternate methods of entry: if you prefer not to use the homepage widget, you can enter by either of the following, and each receives exactly one entry, the same as using the widget, with no subscription to anything:

• Email your full name and the email address you'd like entered to hello@getretrotoys.comwith the subject line "Giveaway entry".
• Mail a 3"x5" card with your full name, mailing address, and the email address you'd like entered to: GetRetroToys Giveaway, 600 1st Ave, Ste 330 PMB 92768, Seattle, WA 98104-2246.

Entries by any method must be received before the entry period listed above closes.

Winner selection

One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified using the email address provided at entry (or another contact method at the sponsor's discretion) and will be asked to submit shipping information via a private claim link to receive the prize.

Prize

The prize is the specific item featured in the giveaway widget at the time of entry, fulfilled by the sponsor purchasing and shipping that item (or an equivalent substitute of comparable value if the original item is unavailable) directly to the winner. No cash alternative will be offered. Prize value varies by giveaway and is generally modest (a single consumer product).

General conditions

The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By entering, participants agree to these rules and to the sponsor's privacy policy.
