90s Toys You Can Still Buy Today

The best 90s toys that are still on shelves (or Amazon) right now. Nostalgia you don't have to hunt for.

A lot of 90s nostalgia lives entirely in memory — the toy is gone, the company folded, the exact packaging only exists in a handful of eBay auction photos. This list is the opposite of that. Everything here is a 90s toy that never actually left, or came back in a form close enough to the original that it still hits the same nerve.

That matters more than it sounds like it should. There's a real difference between reading about Tamagotchi on a nostalgia blog and actually holding one, hearing it beg to be fed at 2am, and remembering exactly how stressful a fictional egg-shaped pet could make a school day. Nostalgia you can only look at is a museum. Nostalgia you can buy is a time machine.

So this is the practical version of a 90s toy list: the stuff that's aged well, is still made (or close enough), and is one Amazon order away from being back on a shelf in your house — whether that's for a kid who's never heard of it, or for you, at midnight, buying it for yourself and not feeling weird about it. You should feel weird about it a little. Buy it anyway.
